Delivery & payment

GYMFITLAB / DELIVERY & PAYMENT

From our store to your training space.

Tracked delivery from £3.75. Your delivery charge is calculated from the combined packed weight of the products in your basket and shown before payment.

Dispatch within 24 hours

We dispatch paid, in-stock orders within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Carrier delivery times start after dispatch.

Choose your delivery

Standard · Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our lowest-cost option. Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch. Up to 2 kg: £3.75; over 2 kg to 10 kg: £7.55; over 10 kg to 20 kg: £12.25.

Faster · Royal Mail Tracked 24

Delivery aim: the next working day after dispatch. Up to 2 kg: £4.80; over 2 kg to 10 kg: £8.80; over 10 kg to 20 kg: £14.30.

These are delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, bank holidays and postcode restrictions can affect delivery. Both services include tracking. Orders above 20 kg require a delivery quote; please contact us before ordering.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to supported postcodes in England. Enter your postcode in the basket to check availability. Some border postcode areas need an individual check: if no service appears for your English address, email info@gymfitlab.co.uk before ordering. We do not currently ship to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or overseas.

Payment

Pay securely by debit or credit card through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices and browsers. The available payment methods and full total are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking and delivery problems

Use the tracking details supplied with your dispatch confirmation. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete, contact info@gymfitlab.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier; you do not have to resolve a carrier claim yourself.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to the applicable consumer rules. Tell us promptly if you notice a problem so we can help.

Returns

Returns are sent to GymFitLab Returns, 23 Abingdon House, London, E2 7HJ, United Kingdom. Please read the returns policy for the process, cancellation deadlines and who pays return postage.

Returns & refunds

GYMFITLAB / RETURNS & REFUNDS

A clear process, from first contact to refund.

Need to return an item or report a problem? Email info@gymfitlab.co.uk with your order number and the item concerned.

Returns address

Please contact us before posting so we can help you identify the order and the appropriate return route. You do not need our permission to exercise your legal right to cancel.

1. If you change your mind

For goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period normally starts after the last part arrives. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

You pay the direct cost of return postage for a change-of-mind return. Choose a suitable service and keep proof of posting. Pack all returned components securely; the original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory rights.

2. Inspecting your item

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. We may deduct the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond that level, where the law permits. This can include damage or missing components. We do not charge a blanket restocking fee.

3. Your refund

For a valid cancellation, we refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under the change-of-mind cancellation right.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree another method with you, at no additional refund fee. If a cash payment has been accepted, we will agree an appropriate refund method with you. Refunds for individual items are based on the amount actually paid for those items, including any genuine discount allocated to them.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Stop using damaged or unsafe equipment and contact us. Describe the problem and provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Photos can help us understand the issue, but are not an absolute condition of your rights.

Your statutory remedies can include the short-term right to reject faulty goods, normally within 30 days, and repair, replacement or a refund where applicable. We cover reasonable, necessary return costs for goods that are faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied. Contact us to arrange the appropriate return service.

Damage caused by misuse or normal wear does not itself establish a fault present when the goods were supplied. This does not affect rights you may have for an underlying defect.

5. Optional cancellation form

You may use this wording, but any clear cancellation statement is sufficient:

To: GymFitLab, info@gymfitlab.co.uk
Returns: 23 Abingdon House, London, E2 7HJ, United Kingdom

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods:
Ordered on / received on:
Order number:
Name:
Address:
Date:
Signature (only if sent on paper):

These terms apply equally to full-price and discounted goods. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery aims are 2–3 working days for Tracked 48 and the next working day for Tracked 24 after dispatch; these are not guarantees. Read Delivery & Payment for full prices, delivery aims and postcode coverage.

Which payment methods can I use?

How do I return an item?

1. Products and availability

Our equipment is sold individually. Additional products are optional and are not added to your order without your choice. The product page identifies the equipment and components supplied. Lifestyle images may show a training setting or other items that are not included.

We aim to describe products accurately. If we discover a material pricing or description error, or cannot supply an item, we will explain the issue and ask whether you wish to proceed on the correct basis. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot accept your order, any payment for it will be refunded.

2. Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before the order is submitted. Any discount applies only as expressly displayed. No subscription is required to buy the equipment.

Check your items, quantities, delivery address and contact details before ordering. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An automated acknowledgement means that we have received the order; our contract to supply the goods begins when we send confirmation that they have been dispatched, unless we expressly accept it earlier.

Contact us promptly if you spot an error in your details. We will help where reasonably possible, but an address change after dispatch may not be possible. This does not affect your cancellation rights.

3. Delivery

We deliver to supported postcodes in England. The service, delivery charge and estimated timeframe offered for your order will be shown before purchase. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Unless another period is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.

Please tell us about a missing or damaged parcel. We remain responsible for delivery under the applicable consumer rules and will handle the carrier enquiry. You retain your legal remedies for late or failed delivery.

4. Cancellations, faults and refunds

You normally have 14 days after the day of delivery to tell us you wish to cancel an online goods purchase, followed by 14 days to return it. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. We may deduct a legally permitted loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. We do not impose a blanket restocking fee.

Different rights apply to faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, including appropriate remedies and necessary return costs. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the process and includes an optional cancellation form. Your statutory rights apply to discounted goods too.

5. Using your equipment

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the product. Inspect equipment, clips, handles and anchors before each session and stop using anything worn or damaged. Choose exercises and resistance appropriate to your ability. General training information does not replace individual advice from a qualified professional.

We are not responsible for damage caused solely by use contrary to proper instructions, but this does not exclude responsibility for a product defect or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Training and nutrition resources

Available now: a written four-week starter guide, equipment checklists, an editable weekly meal planner and a macro arithmetic tool. These resources are free to use without a subscription. Equipment-specific GymFitLab videos and personalised coaching are not available yet. General resources do not replace individual advice or guarantee a fitness result.

GymFitLab content is for personal use. Do not copy, resell or redistribute our original materials without permission, except where the law permits.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where the law imposes liability, or your statutory consumer rights.

The store supplies equipment for private consumer use. We do not accept liability for business losses such as lost profit or business interruption where a consumer purchase is used for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy and complaints

Contact info@gymfitlab.co.uk with your order reference and a description of any problem. We will review your concern and explain the next steps. Please do not email full payment-card details.

See our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy for information about personal data and website technologies.

9. Applicable terms

The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights. English law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights that apply to them. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Your information, explained.

Email: info@gymfitlab.co.uk

This notice explains how GymFitLab uses personal information through GymFitLab.co.uk and customer enquiries. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@gymfitlab.co.uk.

Information we use and why

  • Enquiries: your name, email and message help us answer questions and resolve problems. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing customer support, or steps you request before entering a contract.
  • Orders: contact details, delivery and billing addresses, items, order history and payment status are needed to fulfil the purchase and provide after-sales support. The legal bases are contract performance and applicable legal obligations, including accounting and consumer-law duties.
  • Accounts: if you create an account, we use the details you provide to maintain it and show your orders. An account is not required for guest checkout.
  • Website security: technical details such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs can help operate and protect the store. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and keeping the service secure.
  • Reviews: if you submit a review, your chosen display name, rating, comments and any submitted images may appear publicly. Your email is not displayed with the review. Review moderation supports our legitimate interest in running a useful and trustworthy store.

Please only give us information needed for your enquiry. Do not include payment-card numbers, medical records or other sensitive information in emails or public reviews.

Marketing and measurement

Advertising pixels for Meta, TikTok and Google are not currently configured as active store integrations. WooCommerce campaign attribution is disabled while privacy controls are being prepared. Store administration can still use order totals and sales reports held within WooCommerce.

If we introduce optional advertising or consent-based analytics, we will explain the providers and purposes and obtain the required choice before activating those technologies. Buying equipment does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who may receive information

Information is available to people who need it to operate GymFitLab and to service providers performing relevant functions, such as website hosting, technical maintenance and email delivery. When shipping orders, we share the necessary recipient, address and contact information with the selected delivery service, currently Royal Mail. Payment information is processed by Stripe and the payment method provider selected at checkout. Please do not send payment-card details by email.

Professional advisers and public authorities may receive information where needed for legal duties, legitimate claims or fraud prevention. We do not sell customer information.

External services and transfers

Links to another website take you to a separate service with its own privacy information. External resources used by the website, such as content delivery services, receive the technical information needed to deliver those resources.

Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, the transfer must be supported by an applicable adequacy arrangement or another lawful safeguard. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

We retain information for its relevant purpose and review whether it is still needed. Order and accounting records are retained for the applicable tax, accounting and legal-claims periods. Support records are kept while an enquiry, return, complaint or related claim remains relevant. Account information is kept while the account is maintained, subject to records we must retain by law.

Published reviews remain while they are relevant to the product and can be reviewed on request. Technical logs are retained for operational and security needs, with longer retention where necessary to investigate a specific incident. We do not keep data indefinitely simply because storage is available.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request because of legal obligations or claims.

We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Training and nutrition tools

The meal planner and macro arithmetic tool run in your browser without sending your entries to GymFitLab. Entries are not saved to an account and clear on reload; you can download your meal plan. Before introducing tools that collect or store personal training or nutrition inputs on our servers, we will explain how those inputs are processed. Do not send health information simply to buy equipment.

Cookies and updates

See our Cookie Policy for shop cookies and browser choices. We update this notice when the way we use information changes.

Cookies

GYMFITLAB / COOKIE POLICY

Cookies that support your visit.

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. GymFitLab uses WordPress and WooCommerce to provide the website, customer accounts and shop functions. Which cookies are set depends on the features you use.

Essential shopping functions

The following WooCommerce cookies may be used when you interact with the shop. A session cookie normally expires when the browser session ends.

  • woocommerce_cart_hash: helps identify changes to the basket; session duration.
  • woocommerce_items_in_cart: indicates whether the basket contains items; session duration.
  • wp_woocommerce_session_: associates your browser with the basket information stored on our server; normally two days.

WordPress can also use authentication and session cookies when you sign in to an account. These support the sign-in you request and are separate from advertising. Some website functionality may also use browser storage to maintain its interface.

Optional marketing and analytics

Meta, TikTok and Google advertising pixels are not currently configured as active store integrations. WooCommerce order attribution is disabled. We have not introduced a cookie preference panel for optional advertising because these integrations are not enabled.

If we enable optional advertising or consent-based analytics later, we will update this policy, identify the relevant technologies and provide the required controls before they run. Refusing optional advertising will not prevent you from shopping.

Links and external content

A link to another website is governed by that website’s own cookie and privacy arrangements. External resources loaded by a page, such as scripts or fonts from a content delivery service, can send technical information needed to deliver the resource. They should not be assumed to be anonymous simply because they are not advertising cookies.

Your browser controls

You can inspect, delete or block stored cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the basket, checkout or sign-in from working correctly. Clearing cookies removes information stored in your browser, but does not automatically delete order records held by the store.
