Actually really good. Nice and has a small bag to keep everything in so it’s easy to store. Thumbs up

So I actually bought these resistance bands because I had an original set of a different brand that was only three of them and I love that this came with five it has the complete set!! I do all of my bicep curls and tricep pull downs squats lunges you can vary the weight resistance and these are the highest quality !

Used for a full workout. Definitely a worthy bit of kit. Wasn't expecting the best quality with the price, but it's actually really well put together and very durable. Fantastic bit of kit and will definitely be adding to it.

I’m a completely newbie to resistance bands but I’m now converted..the range of exercises you can do with these is incredible! I usually just use weights, and that can be limiting as you can’t just throw them in your bag + Full set of different resistances - beginners and advanced can use these + They seem strong and durable! So lightweight but they really work! + Extras like bag, ankle straps, door straps and exercise sheet There’s a lot of different sellers for these resistance bands, but these are great value for money!

These workout bands are great... especially for the price. I had to quarantine 14 for my job so I ordered these to add a little spice to my at home workouts during that period. Love'd them. They are durable, well made and add plenty of resistance to any body-weight exercise. All it takes is Youtube or google search a few resistance bands workouts and your set. The only "negative" comment I would have is that they are a just a bit too long. CANT beat for the price!!

Just what I needed. After not doing much exercise during lockdown I’ve made it a New Years resolution to get moving. These resistance bands have helped me on my journey to get back into shape. It comes with a cute little bag to store everything in, the 5 bands will help when I start to feel more confident with exercising. It also came with handles and an mini guide to different exercises I could do. Honestly I was clueless without it. Overall great product I would buy it again.

This is a really nice resistance band set for your home gym. With everything going on and gyms being closed we set up our own little home gym and wanted to get a few things for our morning workouts. This is a pretty nice kit that gives you a total of 5 bands ranging from 5 to 30 pounds so you pretty much are covered with this one kit. The bands are color coded and easy to use. This kit offers a few nice accessories like a door anchor and ankle straps which help with your workout. So far they have been really nice bands and we have been pretty happy with the purchase.
